At AuthentI-City, every order is handled with care and intent. Each piece you order represents art, truth, and individuality — and we treat delivery with that same respect.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons, holidays, or new product drops, processing times may extend slightly.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time before shipping.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and carrier:

U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services and customs.)

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and link to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free always. No matter the price at your checkout. 

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

 

1. Contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

2. If the issue isn’t resolved, email us at aruncommon23@yahoo.com — we’ll help however we can.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is entered, please email oisin.e@aut-city.com immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it before it goes out.

International Orders

We are currently not doing international orders right now.
