1. Made-to-Order

Every item is created when you order it. We don’t mass-produce or keep bulk inventory. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary slightly — but you’ll always be updated if anything changes.

2. Authenticity

All designs, artwork, and products are original creations under AuthentI-City. Copying, redistributing, or reselling any part of our content without permission is prohibited. Respect the art — it’s made with purpose.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other verified providers. Your info stays safe — we don’t store credit card details.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order enters production, it can’t be canceled or changed. If you made a mistake, reach out immediately at aruncommon23@yahoo.com, and we’ll do what we can.

5. Shipping

We work with trusted fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page, but delays can happen — especially with custom, made-to-order items.

6. Returns

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. See our full Return Policy below for details.

7. Liability

We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or carrier delays. Once an item ships, tracking info will be provided so you can stay updated.

8. Changes
