Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Custom or personalized items (such as made-to-order prints or apparel) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with clear photos.

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to Start a Return

Email aruncommon23@yahoo.com with:

1. Your order number

2. The item(s) you’d like to return

3. A short note on the reason (so we can keep improving)

We’ll send you the return address and next steps.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and digital downloads

Clearance or “final sale” items

Personalized or custom-printed orders (unless defective)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or card provider first.
